Add a Fools Road 32 layer

Currently there isn't a 32 layer, and in my opinion all of the armour on the british team on 64 is a bit overpowered, even against good AT. If anyone remembers fools road before it went russian, they will remember that it had two T-62s (?), a spandrel, and a few brdms+ other vehicles. This new 32 layer would have the usual light vehicles, and the current brdm setup, 1 SPG techie, and either 1or 2 tanks, I think 2 would be best, maybe 1 on delayed spawn. The british would then have 1 scimi, 3-4 warriors, 1 panther, maybe 1 gun landyer, and the current 2 trans landies.
This layout is very close to the old fools road, and in my mind it was balanced a lot better than the current one. With the addition of TOWs, and other AT I don't see the two old tanks being too overpowered, and the brits have more light vehicles now to either drive around and avoid the tanks, or to have AT teams hunt the tanks.
