Punkbuster B heartbeats kick

Hello fellow PR comrades, just needed to vent some steam about getting PB kicks. I didn't used to ever have this prob till it just started one day. Sometimes PR works for like a round or two if I don't change servers but eventually the PB heartbeats kick gets me. So I had started a thread some time ago and it was suggested to open the command box ~ and type pb_sleep 500 and also pb_writecfg which worked for one round. I had not been on a server in like a week so I excitedly came on here and said oh thanks so much this worked lol. Well it didn't. Another suggestion was to delete the pb folder which I did and again it worked for like 2 rounds then kicked me again. Sometimes I get lucky and I wont get the kick, but now its like every time. I am so tired of trying everything in all the threads. here is a list of what I have done over the months.
- uninstalled PR and BF2 deleted ALL files
- reinstalled PR with a new copy of BF2 from steam since you cannot find copies of the game anywhere else anymore.
- uninstalled all PB files manually and via the pb svc uninstall program.
-reinstalled PB on svc and updated via the pb setup
-have run plenty of virus checks and defraged.
-have insured that punkbuster a and b are allowed through firewall
-have deleted the cache folder in documents for bf2 pr
-have prayed
Ok so as you can see I have done everything I can think of or have read about. There may be a few I left out because I forgot trying them, but you get the idea. Sometimes if I reboot my PC, delete PB files and cache reinstall them and run PR it has worked ... sometimes that is. Many times I do this and it still just kicks me. When you consider that for me to do all these steps takes time and is very frustrating plus PR lags when loading maps for me its just ... a real pain in the ***. I give up for the day I just spent 3 hours trying to get PR to work. I have played this game for a long time and think it really sucks that all this stuff starts.
One more thing .... My PC just so you know what it is. and its old, however should be fine for BF2 or PR.

I just want to play some PR damnit ! Hopefully I will see you guys out there soon cheers.
