Before vietnam came out i was using my Forward and Back buttons on my mouse for mumble. Now, since vietnam came out it won't let me. I can't even use these buttons AT ALL in mumble. Any help?

Please re-run the latest installer:

<bf2 install dir>/mods/pr/readme/extras/PR_Mumble_1.0.0_Beta_4.msi

Then ensure that your keybinds are correctly configured in Mumble by checking Configure -> Settings -> Shortcuts

Still not letting me bind my Forward and Back mouse buttons. It will let me bind them if I run Mumble normally, not as an administrator. But I must run it as an Admin for it to link with bf2.
