Don't know if a guide is allowed here, oh well. As some of you may know, you get a memory deallocating.dll error while trying to use a VPN through BF2 and you cannot connect to origin to play BF3. I use OpenVPN, this may work for others. Here is how to solve it.
Written Version:
1. Open CMD
2. Type route print -4
3. In Ipv4 route table look for the ip associated with your VPN under gateway, something like xxx.xx.x.x

4. Write IP down in notepad
5. Open Control Panel
6. Open network and sharing center
7. On the left side click adapter settings
8. Find your tap adapter which your vpn is currently using (most likely tap win32)
9. Right click on it then press properties
10. Scroll down until you find Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and double click it
11. Go to advanced and add new default gateway
12. Use ip you wrote down
