how to add our server address to official mumble server

Mumble is awesome. well, im a player from China. We have a server but not connected to official mumble server. It's a pity that we play PR without mumble.
So im here to ask how to make our server connect to official mumble server like TG or ]CIA[ do.

If you have access to Server Admin section you can request channel for your server here.

It is closed at the time but should be reopened soon.
If you do not have access there ask your license holder to do it for you.
