PR:V chinese crates on various maps

Description:
On the "recycled" vietnam maps (Barracuda and Tad Sae) we have multiple of those editor-placed crates (that allow chinese/vietnamese to get kits but they do not count as supply crate to build a fob). Various of those (if not all of them) are not changed to NVA so kit requests are not possible. I'd suggest to either remove or change them, preferring the later though since it would go along with the regular PR versions.
Steps to Reproduce:
Loadup V-Tad or V-Barra go to one of those crates (e.g. V-Tad Sae POW camp, northern side inside or V-Barracuda Beach Fortification southern entrance) - they should have the one single yellow star on red ground (NVA) not multiple small stars and one larger (PLA)
