PR:V Crashing

This problem began recently (I've been able to play PR:V perfectly fine in the past) and causes a ctd upon loading. I'll see the squad assignment button for a fraction of a second and then the game crashes. I am aware of the video card issue, but this does not make sense to me for my situation as I haven't had the problem previously, and have made no change to my video card since then.
The game loads fully and ctd's on every PR:V map. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix? Any help or expertise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
