[PRSP] Militia Rifleman Specialist Glitch

So, I was playing the PR Single Player (Co-op mode on local server) alone with the bots (Map: Kozelsk, Russian vs. Militia) as Russian. However, as soon as I started taking down the enemies, I spotted out a glitch from the opposing force (Militia). Unlike the bots armed with other kits, the Rifleman Specialists (supposed to be armed with a PPsh-41) won't shoot at all (I would check up the kit after the enemies were down). Instead, they would stand still, holding a shovel on their hands, even I was close enough to be spotted. Nevertheless, when I was close enough to do a melee kill with the foes, they would snap out the bayonet like other bots do.

So, the main problem is: Why they are standing still with a shovel instead of shooting the opposing force?

To conclude, I found this problem weird enough, though that's not a big problem at all. However, I will be more than happy if someone can give a helping hand to my question.

lol, nice

I suppose the AI sees the shovel as it's main weapon, a problem with either the ppsh or the shovel's registry's what I guess

Additional Information: The Taliban faction doesn't have this problem, even their Rifleman Specialists are armed with the same PPsh-41 submachine gun.
