The story began when I was playing CO-OP mode (online) just now, with the background map called Ramiel. I found one of my team members was using the M4 Grenadier kit, with the Eotech aiming scope (instead of the normal ACOG). So, I asked him where did he get that kit from, but to no avail.

I am pretty interested of what I saw ingame, so, how can I get this special kit?

I grabbed his kit after he was knocked down.

Its the alternative grenadier kit for the US Army

To get it, when in the kit request menu when next to a supply crate or some other kit request point, right click on the Grenadier kit rather than left kit for the alternative version, same goes for many other kits

Its the alternative version of the USA's grenadier.
You can grab it with pressing "right mouse button" when requesting a kit at a crate.

If you right-click to request different kits you can get iron-sights instead of a scope etc.

Why don't you add instructions like this in the manual?

Is this fixed to the kit or it changes with maps?

I'm pretty sure then every time I request alternative optics to grenadier I get iron sights.

is it me or is the 50 meter target marker at end of the gun blocked out by the gun model, only becomes visible at 100m

Not just you, just aim using the fiber optic of the scope.

It's simple to work around that. If the ladder sight is 50 by 50 meters, then place it by default to 150. This way you know that the top one is 50, the mid one is 100 and the bottom is obviously 150.

Same. The "50m Scale" from the ingame M4 Grenadier is blocked by the ACOG scope. Try, using the one with eotech sight, it's better.

All the M4s have bad ladder sights. The ACOG fully blocks the 50m, the Eotech half blocks the 50m, and the IDF M4A1's reflex sight blocks the 100m (note the IDF ALT is not an M4 but an older type of shortened M16). The M4 is by far the worst weapon for the Grenadier. The best is a little harder to say, but the C7 and C8 get sights that go to 400m and I think they are the only ones that go that far (EDIT: I think most go to 350m and the U.S.A. ones go to 250).
