Looking for a PC to play PR with

Lately I've been looking for a laptop to play PR with but couldn't find anything suitable for me. Im looking for a laptop ranging from 800 to 1000 dollars that could run PR and record in-game with fraps at the same time.

The Brand does NOT matter. Almost every Laptop in the world is buitl by one of six manufacturers, the brand label they stick on the laptop doesn't matter .
Any PC in the 800 to 1000 USDollar range right now that hasa discrete GDDR5 graphics card should be able to play. I'll let other chime in on this.
