THIS IS an open letter

i have a low end laptop, time and willing to learn. i want to help out the mod or community that has given me so much joy in the past.

i have a LOW END laptop dual core integrated gfx, 1gb ram vista with slow internet acess although i can go to a bar and download or upload on their wifi.

is their thing no matter how tedious i can do to help out?

i have photo shop experience and cs2
i am quick to learn
and im patient

if some people could set me a task and maybe link me to some tutorials id be happy to give a few hours a day.

Well if you want to learn texturing, you might try to do some texturing tasks for the Falkands minimod, starting from easy up:

I dont know jack shit about skinning, but I think that all you need is photoshop with dds plugin and a bfmeshview to view the skin.

Or you can try coding or whatever suits you really.

lol there is alot of community tasks that need to be done, falklands/normandy/nam mod, any community faction im sure would love help. There's modeling, texturing, mapping, coding ect.. it all depends on what you want to do. Tell is what you want to do and Ill bet we can show you more or less how to (ie tuts and such)
