The APUs are not great with DirectX 9 games, and PR is pushing the limit of DX9 games.
If you are a tinkerer, and you understand beforehand this is experimental software, you can download a program called k10stat and overclock your APU.
k10stat 1.54 beta is the one to use.

I can not help you do this, I warn that you should read some tutorials and find some good youtube videos explaining the procedure.
Using K10stat might void your limited warranty.

BF3 runs at DX11 which is native for Win7. BF2 is almost a decade old game which runs on different engine, and runs on DX9 and is not fully compatible with new hardware and operating systems. PR is a modification of the very same BF2 which pushes its engine to the limits and therefore its very high demanding on all components of the system.
Integrated graphics are in general not good solution for gaming. If you get a dedicated graphic card you could run all of what you mentioned with decent framerates.
Does this lag occurs on coop servers or any PR server? Try to lower your graphic settings but I doubt you will achieve much, especially because 6620G uses shared ram, and has no dedicated vram.
And since this is a notebook things get even worse if there is heat, and slower HDDs ( 5400rpm ).
Edit: Ninja'd

thanks for the replys guys. i'm not too worried about my limited warranty or whatever but i don't wanna fry my computerD: i have another computer in the house thats duel-core and its speed is 2.5ghzor2.8ghz dont remember but it runs pr fine. i'm just bummed cause this newer computer can't handle it and we can't play together, oh wellll. and lowering graphics doesn't do much like you said. maybe MAYBE i might overclock like you said. but i'm really gonna look into it as i don't know much. thanks again for the replies!

Keep in mind that there is a thermal sensor on the AMD APUs that will auto shutdown the APU (and PC) if the APU gets overheated.
So as long as you don't get the one in whatever thousands chance that your APU has a falter temp sensor, you can not hurt your APU by using K10stat.

I may have the same laptop as you.
Is it a HP Dv6? With Beats audio?
I have the A8 3530MX with integrated graphics card and a stand alone one.
I can run PR on mid-low with pretty good FPS. but Bf3 runs like shit even on low, its almost unplayable.
If you have the same laptop as me i may have a few things that can help.

Do you have only the integrated card? or do you have another standalone card too?
Also do you have a program called AMD VISION engine control?

Ok well that may be your problem.
Under the Power tab of that program do you have something that has switchable graphics? If you do start up PR and make it High priority.

Conman, I think you have different laptop specs than Will_Small.
Will, can you give us the exact make and model of your laptop?
Will needs to look into overclocking his APU.
Will try the following steps:
1. download and install gamebooster3 from IOBit , install configure and run it. This program will automate the procedure of shutting down background programs and processes to free up CPU cycles and available RAM for gaming.
Game Booster 3 Free Download, Speed Up PC for Top Gaming Performance
2. defrag your hard drive.
3. Study up on using K10Stat and learn how to OC your APU. People have gotten excellent results OC'ing your APU.
4. Turn off Aero (IMPORTANT!!) and as many desktop graphics things as possible. Use this utility to simplify this: Ultimate Windows Tweaker 2.2
