15fps after a few games

Hey, when i play PR:BF2 on my laptop i usually can play one map with fps from 30-60, which is absolutley fine. But, eventually the map changes, and this time my fps drops slowly but sureley down to 15 fps and becomes unplayable in like 20mins.
-This does not seem to be dependant on graphics-settings, as the same thing happens no matter if i play everything on low and like 900*760-ish resolution or nice graphics,
-not the CPU or GPU temperature (55C tops),
-not the CPU or GPU workload (its not 100%),
-the GPU does not clock down,
-Im pretty sure the CPU also stays at its max freq,
-I have set the cpu and gpu to always work at its maximum no matter what happens with the power,
-i have the newest graphics drivers.
Sometimes i can play up to about 3 maps before the fps drops, sometimes just one map.
When the fps is dropped it doesnt matter if its silent eagle aas or kokan skirmish, (mapsize doesnt matter).
If the fps has dropped, i can restart the game and play flawlessly again on the same map and server.
When the fps has dropped, the RAM-usage may be around 3,3GB, if i restart and play the exact same map and server, it may be at 2,3GB. Therefore I think it has something to do with the RAM. Some things from the last played maps are maybe still loaded in the memory, and only becomes deleted if i close the game. But its still weird because max is 4GB, so i dont know if 3,3gb used should be a problem.
Can i manually unload memory in PR console?
I have heard about this 15fps problem on other forums in BF2 and i think the only thing i havent tried yet is turning off vertical sync, but i dont know if it even is on, if it helps, or how to turn it off/on. I downloaded a program that was supposed to be able to turn it off but it wouldnt start on my system.

AMD athlon II x2 p340 (2,2ghz dual)
ATI Mobility radeon HD 5650 (2807MB hypermemory)
