Mumble 1.0.0 not connecting to server

My Mumble 1.0.0 is not connecting to the server.
I am using Windows 7

Can you please tell me what the problem is

Its says :[16:37:56] Connecting to server mumble.realitymod.com but then it says [16:38:26] Disconnected from server.

Run as admin.

are you using Mumble PR edition 1.0?
