Cache problem

Sorry for my bad english.
Sometimes im getting graphical bugs and deleting my cache for optimise again. There was no problem until now. I deleted cache again like other times but i cant open a map now. When i try open a map in any mod, its crashing to desktop. What must i do now? Please i need some help!

If you haven't emptied your Recycle Bin yet, simply right click on the files within the Recycle Bin that you deleted and restore them. If that fails, reinstall the mod itself. By graphical bugs I presume you mean the error where FOB/Crates/etc. turn black?

Where is this recycle bin? Graphical bug that i mean are invisible trees or buildings or soldiers. I tried the delete cache folder like other times. Game must optimise itself again when i load a map but its not optimising because when i select a map and click to load button, its crashing to desktop.
