When you run and then reload your shotgun, you would notice a thing over the shell while you are reloading. I Don't have any pics of it but if you try you will see.

Yeah, I can corroborate this; looks like a single poly (two tris) of the shotgun mesh are not animated properly, and clip out of place. It seems like they ended up in the shell envelope, as they deform as each shell is inserted.

Fixed for 1.0.
