Description:
You can't request kits from crates at Goose Green as Argentina(probably Brit too)

Steps to Reproduce:
Load GG skirm, spawn as Arg, go to create, request kit and luck at HQ notification saying, that you need to be close too crate or APC.

Tested On:
Goose Gree Skirm, NEW PR v0.981

That stuff seems to happen on local only. Should work server side.

It happened on NEW, several other players was complying on it.

well that's gay. It's fixed for next versions but the Devs didn't allow me to squeeze in a fix for some issues

MW don't forget to add issues like these to Redmine, added this one for you but in future, best you do to keep track of things
