Description:
There is no DoD around spawnpoints at Dien Duong skirmish

Steps to Reproduce:
Load Dien Duong skirm, wallk to enemy spawnpoint and search for DoD, or open GamePlayObjects.con and notice that there is only one DoD for both teams.

Tested On:
Dien Duong Skirmish Inf PRTA EU 01 PR v0.981

Thats because the spawn point is on the flag

So it should be moved somewhere away and covered with DoD.
