I feel that the best move is to push forward. Most of the team I play on just sit on a flag for 30 mins. I am worried my shift key might stop working let me explain it like that.
This video best explains my style of play
Lieutenant Spears - YouTube
This goes for both SQ leading and soldiering

I'm aggressive, I always want to kill and I hate dying - especially the first death of the round. This means I love playing the game offensive where attack is my best side. Although I don't like defending I think it's okay to defend as long as I can get a good amount of kills out of it.
So yeah... I play the game mainly to kill my opponents as much as possible. Without kills I become a sad panda, and with a bad KD-ratio I become a depressed panda.
My downside is that I in principle don't trust anyone but the sN1 - especially not at this time considering the level of skill in today's players. This is something I will have to work on I guess.

Doing what needs to be done rather than what I want. Defending flags because no one will do it, as they are all attack experts and then laughing when they rage quit because they have failed. Building fobs throughout the game because no one else will do it except at the start and laughing when they rage quit because their precious kdr has been spoilt because someone has used some thought.
Trying to work with a 2nd squad and getting no where as they are far smarter than me or just wont answer and want to attack- and then laughing when they rage quit as they fail.
Avoiding vehicles these days as most people either want to argue about who gets what, or they want to just drive around going pewpew- and then laughing when they rage quit because they have failed.
Spend a lot of time looking at the map watching the same people attack the same way from the same place and getting no where------------ aaaaaand then laughing when they rage quit.
Spend time thinking that public game play gets more and more like vanilla everyday with flags going back and forth and what feels like a whole load of frustrated pseudo assertive teenagers trying to show off which doesn't work in a team game- and then laughing when I rage quit.

My main gaming style is winning the round. No fucks about how much my squad or me dies. Or other Squads die, which follow orders I told them. I whether play offensive, meaning, I try to achieve a full cap. So I won`t sit around on a flag too long after its capped. I assign me or an other squad to defend, after the objective is cleared and directly rush to the next one. Hoping that enemies had no defenses before and are only now about to build it up and retreat to the flag.
So if 2 squads move on an objective from the front, I put myself behind it, to cut or at least delay further enemy supplies until we cap it. Usually this gets us all killed after some time, and of course we won't be able to kill everyone. But it makes them approach much slower and attract the attenion of other hostile defenders at the objective. So our allies at the front will have a higher chance of winning the fire fights and clear the area.
The other gaming style is to sit on one objective and let the enemy attack. If you notice that it is impossible to get the next flag and you are just wasting tickets, turn it around and let the enemy waste tickets. Let them attack, until they lose a couple of assets and squads. Then slightly strike back so the other defenders get a break and rebuild, reposition and restructure defenses and assets. Its impossible to hold a flag with the whole enemy team attacking it. You need to make some of them stay back and defend their objective. Usually a small squad of 4 men is enough to achieve this reaction. Keep up this defensive gaming style and enemies will run out of tickets and motivation soon.

I'm always medic and like to be in an attacking squad, I don't like much to defend. I rather stay in the back a bit so I don't get that as many kills as my squad members most of the time but I try to stay alive as long as I can.
Medicing people with risk involved is motivational.

I am a pilot. I transport people in my heli, follow orders and such. It is a work that has a lot of pressure because you have the lifes of all your tripulants on your hands but it is worth it.
When i play with infantry i like to be a medic, heal my teammates and follow orders if i know i have a good SL. Team play is essential and i am getting tired of people who thinks this is COD and go all guns blazzin withouth thinking about the whole team.
It is simple: Team play = victory

I'm a helicopter pilot. Its the only thing that flies which I know how to operate.Planes are just not my thing. As rPoXo said its the best feeling when you see an organized sq is going for your heli, and then you crash them into the ocean
On the ground I like to stick with my Light machine gun and follow orders, defending, attacking, sitting in a corner and defending a useless building, everything goes for me.

I mostly have two ways of fighting effectively: A very large use of flanking, or simply luring the enemy into his deathplace where he has no advantage over me.

I'm medic. Most believe it's a limited kit, but it is a very powerful one instead.
I really like the idea of squad leading, but it's too stressful. So, while I'm medic, I provide my team with the most intel I can gather, as I learned to double my attention watching the surroundings as your squad:
a) builds a firebase
b) goes ahead first to gather intel in general
c) is wounded and you need to be 100% sure of the correct timing to heal them
Plus, the more challenging the heal is, the more rewarding! And I also hate dying... I try and survive for the most I can, aiming for 0 deaths if possible.
No one likes their team to lose, but sometimes you do a good job doing the above and feel content with what you and your squad have done. You know you may not deserve losing, but it's somehow okay, sometimes.

My personal style of playing as an experienced sniper

is much about cleverness and gettin into the best position to dominate my enemy, though im always trying to advance just like great George Patton once expected when he told his soldiers of the great 3rd Army:
"I don't want any messages saying 'I'm holding my position.' - We're not holding a goddamned thing.
We're advancing constantly and we're not interested in holding anything except the enemy's balls.
We're going to hold him by his balls and we're going to kick him in the ***; twist his balls and kick the living shit out of him all the time. Our plan of operation is to advance and keep on advancing.
We're going to go through the enemy like shit through a tinhorn."
Yeah, thats what im tryin` to do as an infantry man.
See ya on the battlefield, best wishes
Nemo.
PS: Regards to Smiley, hes just another kind of badass player, hes smart and i hate it.

I'm like Saxoni. All about K/D. I don't really like working in squads because I generally get fewer kills and more deaths working in them, but I'm an able squad player when I'm in one. Almost always play infantry, though I can do ground vehicles decently.
Usually use marksman or sniper rifles working alone, though I've practiced a lot with every weapon. If I'm a marksman or sniper, I play on the flanks. If I'm anything else, I'm a frontal-assault eliminate-enemy-infantry sort of a guy.

Must say I'm quite disappionted how many forum regulars that are not playing for teamwork. I understand killing is most of the fun but it's more fun to play with an organized squad IMO.
