When you exit position 7 of the BH, you exit in the cabin, when its on the ground you sort of clip inside the model, when in flight you are killed and the pilot gets a TK.

Its a real shame that seat has the best view.

Yeah, I noticed this while playing yesterday. The view is bad ***, but whenever I try to exit, I seem to fall thru the bottom and the BH crushes me, giving the pilot a TK every time. Also, while riding, I look over to whatever seat is on the right, the dude sitting with his legs hanging out is halfway down inside the BH model itself.

Have any of the DEV's been able to confirm this? Has it been fixed?

Yes, if the blackhawk lands before you get out... you step out in the middle of the moddel and thus are "crushed" as if it landed on top of you.

You can not bail from this position either, as it kills you from the "floor cutting you in half" haha.

you can bail as I was in this position on Muttrah the other day
I made sure I bailed out as the chopper slowed for descent and made it to land safely

hmmm, thats not him bailing, thats just how it looks.
