hello, im sure im not the only one who has this problem but for the past hour or so ive been trying to get into the server kokan and hookers.. its a us server and is always full. see the thing is theirs 2 us servers that i know of kokan and hog. but there is a whole bunch of other servers around the world. my problem is that with only a limited amount my experience with the game is limited. i find myself getting angry because its taking to long. when i spot is free. someones already filled it. kokan is prolly like that because its the most popular server but can't we get like 1 or 2 more U.S. based servers because the ping is horrendous anywheres else.. thanks for reading, i feel like im not the only one that thinks this way

The PR Team doesn't host servers, just so you know. Server hosting is done by clans and gaming communities.

HOG, CIA and 4th Special Forces, as far as i know those are the only US servers up and running that is Deployment, then you got 3rd AIU on COOP.

As already mentioned server hosting is done by clans etc.
But what do you consider to have bad ping?
I play a lot on CIA and HOG,....yes meanly at HOG I got 136 ping but on CIA I get max 43 ping.
Both are fine for playing.
FYI I'm from the Netherlands.

wow thats impressive, atleast for us north americans with shitty internet i get 40-60 ping on CIA and every european server is at 250 minimum. (West Coast Canada)

As far as I know my clan mates have about them same average ping as I do.
All from the Netherlands.

That's the curse for being in Canada We were one of the first countries to have Internet, so we have the oldest and the crapiest Internet installations and services. We are starting to replace all of our shitty cables for optic fiber, but it's long and costly.

So we have the crapiest ping around the world and we pay the most for Internet service.

Canadian internet really isnt shit, though I dont know if download speeds and msping have perfect proportionality.

I get 100 - 120 ping on EU servers from the East Coast, it's not bad, especially for a slow paced game like PR.

On topic - once demand for servers increases consistantly, you'll see more servers available. It's understandable that a number of servers have disappeared from the market atm - it's tough paying $100+ dollars a month for an empty server.

Assuming a potential change of Government at the end of the year doesn't scrap the rollout of new FTTH infrastructure we will get speeds of about 100mbps to 93% of the country by middle of this decade.

That's it, I'm moving to Aus for sure.

If you want to see more servers, just remember you also have to help them fill up. Trying to seed a server is tough, and I'm sure if everyone got off auto deploy and joined what was available it would be a lot easier.

EU servers all the way! Give em a try see what your ping is on them

Omg that's inhumane!
I've got fiber, downloading 100mb/s and uploading 100mb/s.
Got around 10-40ping on the EU servers and 90-150 on US it's playable

Isn't it a matter of route, though? I was playing on CIA with somebody from Japan. He said he had a lot of problems with his connection, that wasn't good, but had a ping of 160, while I had 150 playing somewhere fairly closer, geographically.

It has little to do with the speed, per se.

This is a suggestions Thread?

I'll take that as a hint to launch another server.

Back when my clan was working with the AG guys we had that problem. Expensive server but despite our seeding efforts nobody ever joined. Shame to we had some awesome game play while the server was up.
