PR Mumble problem

hey guys,
Ive looked through this forum and still cant find a legitimate solution to this.
I'm having trouble getting PR Mumble (V 1.0.0 Beta 4) to work properly, no one can seem to hear me when i talk. I can hear them, I can talk with in-game VOIP, but not the mumble.
ALL settings are at default, when i try the audio wizard i can see the green bar moving when i speak but i cant hear myself (i can hear myself when i run the audio wizard in normal mumble). and YES, it is running through administrator, and YES my name goes GREEN when i talk in mumble but still no one can hear me. Ive tried tweaking with the Audio Input and Output with no luck.
Weird thing is all my other VOIP programs work just fine, Ventrilo, TS3, Skype and even normal mumble work, its just this PR mumble that's acting funny. heck I'm talking to other people on another mumble as I write this
I am using Windows 7 with Realtek audio drivers and Gamecom Plantronics headset.
If anyone could offer any suggestions that would be great, otherwise I'm stuck with in-game VoIP
