Force Ambient Occlusion for BF2/PR possible?

Does anyone know, if it's possible to force AO via Nvidia Inspector upon BF2/PR.
I haven't succeeded yet, maybe with some special AO compatibility mode?

Soo..
I kept trying, i am have finally found a way to enable Ambient Occlusion via Nvidia Inspector.
You gotta use the "Ambient Occlusion compatility" mode "Fallout 3" and turn Ambient Occlusion setting to "High Quality" and the Ambient Occlusion usage to "Enabled".
I have even played around with Anisotropic Filtering (x16) and Antialiasing (8x Spare Grid Super Antialiasing, Texture filtering - LOD Bias -1.5) and got some satisfying results, although the differences are subtle.
I gonna provide a few comparison screenshots (raw = BF2 high settings without above mentioned), maybe i gonna write a short tutorial about this:

WARNING: This will have a impact on your frame rate. I have turned down the AO to "Qualty" instead of "High Quality". Gives a better frame rate and looks a bit more realistic. "High Quality" is a bit too much shadow drawing.

This is pretty cool. I am definitely going to try this out later tonight. Also kudos on you for going through and figuring this out. I saw this thread earlier and thought it was impossible/BF2 didnt support it, but nvidia has its way of adding new features to any game (like FXAA).
Thanks for this!
edit: performance hit is pretty heavy. guess i can't use this.

And any idea of possible Motion blur and HDR?

I doubt you can create Motion Blur or HDR effects with graphic drivers only.
You'd need SweetFX or ENB series for that, but PB doesn't like these two..

Hm okay... and no option like "stealth mode" like in MSI Afterburner, so not causing PB issues?

Did you ever test it yourself ??! I'm working on a ENB preset for PR ,and I tested PB compatibility for 14+ hours in different servers ! Not a single PB kick so far !!

Is there a sharpen filter over that or something? I'd tone that down somewhat. Other than that the lighting looks interesting.

Don't have to worry about that. We can't stop anyone from using 3rd party stuff like ENB or Nvidia inspector to change the way the game looks (why would we want to?), so you're free to do as you please.

Awesome screenshots!

Makes it look (almost xD ) like the PR 2 screenshots in CryEngine from crydev site xD xD
@ Adriaan: Well, as long as you don't get an advantage by those programs in the game then it's alright... BUT, tbh, this amazing graphics effects inspires me/would/will inspire me soooo much/significantly ingame that my concentration ability will be improved by far... xD

I'd call that an advantage in a gaming-session...

I haven't tried ENB/SweetFX online myself.
I have also used ENB offline and achieved similar effects, but from what i have read in different forums and heard in discussions with some PR-Devs made me abandon the project. Maybe PB have changed their policy or their checks about injectors, but i didn't want to bet my BF2 key on that.
I hope you'll have success, keep us posted!

Works realy nice. A discription for noobies would be nice,
so that everyone can get this eye-candy if he want so.
