Tales from the Front - K4on's WIP

In this thread I will be posting videos showing some of my developing progress.
The videos here are made quick and without proper editing, so not worth to get posted for a devblog.
Some of the features are just concepts, doesn't mean they will be to 100% integrated in 1.0 like that.

05.01.2013
Some more stuff which will most probably not go into PR:BF2 (read youtube description)

A-10 Engine Failure Test

02.01.2014:
Time to show some small updates again...

RPG-7 Deviation Update

Mine Update

30.07.2013:
Have you ever tried to revive people in even very shallow water? Didn't work?
Well, wait for PR 1.0!

A nice side effect of our new ragdolls ;)

20.07.2013
Some small Projectile Updates:

27.06.2013
BMP2:

Note: this video was early WIP and is like 4 months old already.
So don't be afraid of any bugs you might notice in that video.

We have some more variants of the BMP2, speaking of grenade launchers, ATGMs, ect.
So we have a bigger pool of APCs we can choose from when it comes down to gameplay balancing.

More info in the video description on youtube...

Resuscitate Improvement

Medics have gained more musclepower during the combat and can push bodies a bit better than in the current version,
which should help in case a wounded soldier is stuck.

01.06.2013
chopper test:

this is what 1.0 will kinda look like.
The video shows early WIP about how choppers might react when reached a critical state.
Devblog/cast with more explanation might follow.

07.04.2013
Defusing Grenadetraps

14.03.2013
zastava for taliban

(windshield got fixed already)

28.02.2013
starting with a physics test:

the physics run on a local server with quite some performance drop.
however a bf2 server cant handle 2,3 explosions of such kind at the same time, otherwise it crashes.
so not gonna happen for pr =/

Haha love how you run into the rotor!

Pretty sad though, that this cant be implemented, would've been usefull for some kamikaze flying. :D

How can it not be implemented, if he just did the video of it. Or else its just some nonsense editing.

Well,
Sadly it is not recommended on a public server, since it would consume too many resources.
Did I see a M60 door-gun over there on the Huey? NICE! And the rest is also awesome, especially the spinning thingy. Is that implemented on all helicopters?

THats the way the hands look like in PR from first person. Civi hand looks exactly like that, you see it when throwing rocks for example. No idea if its fixable.
