Project Reality Installation February 28 2013

Hey guys, I have two things I need help with:
Confusion with the download and installation of all three parts of PR
Punkbuster kicking me with the message "This server requires A1393 C2.306"
The downloading and installation confusion:
I got a new PC, reinstalled BF2, updated it to v1.5, created a new account joined an online match then quit. Then I downloaded & installed Part 1 of "Project Reality v0.97" (the version it says on the website) using Desura. It was 5.83 GB.
However, once it finished installing JUST Part 1, it said Project Reality was ready on Desura. "Surely this can't be right" I thought. I tried to download Part 2, but all that popped up when I pressed the "Desura is installed, Let's play!" button to begin the download, it gave me a message saying, "If you have difficulty playing Project Reality, verify the files" or something of the sort. Which I have seen before.
So I verified the files which took about 5 minutes each time I tried to download part 2 (4 attempts). It would never actually start downloading anything. So I started project reality, and to my surprise it actually booted up and I logged in, and the first thing I looked for was the version of PR on the bottom left. And it said v0.981!!!!! I went further and actually joined a game, and was walking around just fine in minutes. I don't understand how (maybe they put everything and v0.981 into one installer under the name of v0.97 and haven't updated the website yet?)
The punkbuster problem kicking me from servers:
I'm not sure where to go to download what this is asking me, and I'm afraid that somewhere in the other 2 parts of PR's installation may have all the punkbuster files to install.
That was lengthy, sorry. Any help would be much appreciated.
