[Request] Grozny presidential palace

Hello, I'm wondering if someone would like to help me make a building for my Grozny map.
The building I need is the Presidential palace in Grozny from 1995.
Sirfstar said he had started to make the building for when he had an idea of making a map for Grozny, but it was never finished.

I have a few destroyed buildings specially made from grozny photos, like http://img594.imageshack.us/img594/8486/92470845.jpg presidential palace, but it needs UVs and proper export into game. If anyone interested i can give away these.
