[Help] How to add new statics to editor?

Hey, I want to add the Vadso city/Dragon fly apartment buildings(The ones with metal balcony) to the editor, the only thread I could find explaining how to do it was this one:

The problem is I'm not an expert so I'm wondering if there is a more detailed thread on this? Or if someone could explain to me in a more detailed way?

where is the right place ? Pack them into which .zips etc?
