Voice actors needed!

Hello community,
I'm getting along pretty well with the progress of making the next version of PR a total new experience regarding sounds.
Although I'm looking for great voice actors who are willing to contribute with their voices in PR.
The voices we would need new actors for are:
- American
- Arabic/pashto/somali [High priority]
- German
- Chinese [High priority]
Demands are as follows:
- High quality setup. Mic in a sound isolated environment, meaning no reverbs at all. Studio recording or homemade recording. Tip is if you have a portable recorder like a ZOOM H4N, the best place to be is in a car. That takes away ALOT of surrounding noises and especially reverbs.
- Replace these SOUNDS: Open them up, paste the new recording in and save as 44KHz, 16-bit, mono, *.WAV.
- If you're replacing the radio filter files, just save them without any homemade filters.
- You dont need to speak the same phrases as the filenames or how the original actor speak.
- Feel free to experiment as much as you want with the acting. As long as it doesnt sound like an adventure game. Its suppose to sound as real as possible.
Send me some samples, like 3-5 samples first in a PM, telling me what language you want to record.
This is how it could sound, quality wise and how serious and real the acting sounds:
QUALITY SAMPLES
Here are printable versions of Grunt and SL nofilter files:
Grunt,
Squadleader
As I said I really would want to get new american voices to get rid of the old bf2 vanilla ones. Cause they're really bad.
Good luck actors, surprise me!
/Anders

Are there any plans for new voice acting for Russian forces in future?

I could give you hungarian and romanian
BTW Anders I always woundered why devs replace voises especialy at iraqi, talib,(MEC),and now at ARF.
It would be awesome ; in comunity I saw many people from Afganistan and from Vietnam aswell(exp

V)
Everybody who is from that regions start recording yourself, even if you dont have a Vinewood actor voice ,but your voice would sound real. Well not if you V_Nessa and you're a girl.

aswell Anders can I suggest to have more voices in game per faction.
If you get +10 american english voices and you put them all in game , so if people in squad will not just talk at the same voice , do you undersand?

Impossibru, you can only have three voices: commander, squad leader and squad member.
Guys, this is not really a discussion thread. Anders is asking for people to help out, not to give suggestions about voices and what not

Seriously though, if you can wait a bit, and I can find a recorder for under 200 USD I could do it as I am looking to buy one to do ambient sounds with.

I got the sample to get an idea of what you thought of as quality acting and was pleasantly surprised
A couple of tips for anyone considering this:
1) It looks like a lot, but it really isn't that bad if you prepare beforehand, which honestly doesn't take much.
2) Make a script of exactly what you need to say and how you need to say it. It saves a load of time on the day figuring out what terminology you need to use.
3) If you can't record in a car then you could cover your walls in as much fabric as possible. It will kill a lot of reverb
4) If you're having trouble with popping or hissing in your voice and dont' have a pop filter you can put your mic inside a sock, it does the same job
5) If you can, make sure you're as alone as you can be, with 1 or 2 other people to sort your tech out and save time. It'll make the acting a lot easier as you can scream and swear as much as you like without feeling self conscious.
6) Back up your script on a usb drive, just in case.
7) Don't bother giving them the proper filenames on the day you record. Give them sensible names like "Go" or "Tank spotted" etc and then rename the files to their proper names afterwards.

But not so black and white, haha. Poor quality, quick screenshot from a video I have.
Wrong thread perhaps?

Hey anders, you got those BF3 sounds my buddy Frankelstner told you about before i managed to, you could potentially use some scream sounds, breathing fx, body impacts , footsteps from BF3, maybe adjust them a little bit, you also got potential "mec" or insurgent voices in \Sound\VO\Common\FA directory after extracting, you could use those in case you don't have some middle eastern guy doing a voice over for you you know?
