Hi everyone, like the title says im not actually sure what has caused my issue. I did some re configs with mumble after searching for help threads to get it working, and whilst on a server for the first time i had the mumble overlay on the screen, problem now is i cant do anything i get onto the squad assignment page but my mouse is frozen, no keys work whatsoever and i have to task manager myself out.

i then went back onto mumble changed the settings after looking at one of the mumble help threads, the overlay has gone after i assume from ticking the 'box talk only' but still my mouse is frozen and no keys work. I can hear everything perfectly, shooting, people speaking etc but i just cant do anything.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

First off, try running PRMumble in Windows XP SP3 Compatibility Mode. Try running it as an admin and not as an admin.

Second, are you using the default Overlay options, have you tried to change anything, did you download one of the PR community uploaded overlays?

Generally I reply with this:
Start PRmumble as an admin, Configure->Settings->Overlay->Top left has the Enable Overlay Tick Box, make sure that is unticked.

Always run PRMumble before PR.
Always run PRMumble as an Admin.
Always run PR as an Admin.

However I'm not sure this is relevant to your problem.

Does PR still work if you don't start PRMumble?

If you end up spending any amount of time troubleshooting this, I'd suggest just uninstalling and reinstalling PRmumble.

H. UNinstalling and Reinstalling

Now lookup for folder named Mumble there and delete it. Reboot and Reinstall the newest PRMumble

It's ok i read another thread on freezing issues, seems that all i had to do was reset my controls, which im baffled by as i never even changed any of them, so that's got it working again! thanks for the reply and advice though
