Instant CTD after intro

********WITH LAST UPDATE THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED, THX DEVS*********
I log-in the game starts fine, after the intro it CTD
when I was importing my BF2 user, it showed this error message
then the launcher starts as normal I click start and then after the intro it crashes
