CONTROLLER_ID on Controllers

There's the 'CONTROLLER_ID' Prefix on the Fire, Alt Fire and Cycle Weapons Part of the Controller Menu in Common, Land Vehicle, Aircraft, Helicopter and Boat.
I have remembered that only critical bugs should be posted like gameplay ones, not this because It's probably known ages before but the priority was the bugs fixed by the PR Team and testing the beta with the public in-terms of gameplay, realism, bugs, etc and fine-tuning them to be perfect and fixed
