I know its a small thing... but loading goes a lot faster when you can talk with your friends

i think its nice not hearing 100 people yelling and screaming and playing their shitty music through mumble. Just tell your friends to get on teamspeak or ventrilo if you need to talk to them.

NO! This change ranks high in the top 3 or 5 and should never go away.

Open PR Mumble, go to "Configure", got to "Shortcuts", bind a key for "Deafen Self", Save, Apply blah blah blah

Profit.

Please, god no. It is much nicer having silence than listening to all of the spammers and squeakers for a couple of minutes.

Best solution would be if you can talk with our old Squad until new Map is loaded, but not sure if thats possible.

I also think it is nice that mumble if not there during loading..... 9 out of 10 times it is complete bullshit that is being said anyway.
If the community would have been more mature I would have kept mumble running.... but my faith in the few people always disturbing the public order is fading.
