The C4 planting takes more time than shown in the video (Project Reality 1.0 - C4 vs FOBs- and Vehicles Changes - YouTube). After the animations when the character is working on the C4 in order to get it ready, the C4 gets dropped immediatly in the video while in the Beta it takes about 10secs where the character is just holding the C4 in his hands and nothing happens. Then after this additional the C4 gets dropped.
I dont think that this delay is intended?!

This happend on Black Gold, Ins with the new patch.

This delay is intended and is on all explosives to slow down gameplay.

Okay, sorry then. I thought it would work like it was demonstrated in the video.

It was a bit confusing in-game when the animation is over and you think you can run aways from the C4 and the you are in cover and suddenly there is the C4 in front of you lying on the floor Scared the shit out of me and I nearly blew up myself... perhaps slowing down the whole animation would be a good point to not get confused?

I also got confused the first time using it... and almost killed myself
