Description:
The commander MG on the Chinese Type 98 is bugged, when the change camera button is pressed, the camera snaps to the stock of the MG, almost like a crouching view.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a Chinese PR1.0 server, in this case, Black Gold
2. Pickup a crewman kit
3. Enter the Type 98 MBT and move to the F3 position
4. Press the change camera key(C)

I can confirm this is the case and graphic settings doesnt matter.

It's either "down the sight" view or "behind the gun covering 80% of screen" view.

This issue has been posted up in our bugtracker, and is being taken care of.
