Basically sometimes when you fully deplete your flares on the Zhi-9, even when you refill they act as if they're still depleted. Getting out of the vehicle, switching viewmodes and dropping a crate did nothing. Happened to me on the US Test Server #1, map was Black Gold AAS-64. It seems to be intermittent however as the same conditions only sometimes reproduce it.

If anyone can reproduce this, please go ahead so we can add it to the bugtracker. Preferably with video.
