Revive-Bug (No need to heal)

I searched the Bugs section but nobody seems to have posted it already:
Description:
There are certain players that, after being revived, instantly have full health.
These players also cannot go dead-dead.
Steps to reproduce:
- Grab Medic
- Revive people and check if the guys you just revived acutally need your medipack. Some don't!

Tested on:
I found one guy on Black Gold AAS Inf Chinese Team (K9Justice). He died in a T-Shape. I revived him.
One minute later, he died again without being dead-dead. I revived him and we realized he didn't need any heal. He died 3-4 more times, never needing any heal and never being dead-dead. He had a LMG and Rifleman most of the time.
Second guy I found was my Squadleader on Ramiel Insurgency (USTeam). He also died, it was a hard revive, I just went for him and told him to patch himself, he dropped his patch but the patch remained: Because he was already fully healed. He died 15 secs later without going dead-dead.
