Today I was using a Challenger on Fools Road and I saw a T62. I hit him in the rear and popped smoke. The T62 stopped and turned his turret at me, while I shot him again in the front of his turret. Just after that he fired 1 AP shell and hit me in my front armor, disabling my tracks and turret. I couldn't fire back so he hit me again I blew up. Seconds before he hit the second shell I jumped out because my gun was destroyed. He got hit twice with AP, yet he wasn't even smoking. Is this a bug, or was the T-62 really made better than any other tank in-game?

So, here are the facts:
- The T62s reload time is 15secs, the Challenger has 6secs. (almost 3x slower)
- The T62s Front Armor is worse (in detail, a 120mm AP round does 360d to challenger & 720d to T62)
- The T62 has 100HP less than the Challenger
- The T62 has 12 AP rounds, the Challenger has 22
- The T62 is much slower than the Challenger, in endspeed and acceleration

In general, the Challenger is much superior here.


The shot you did at the enemies rear, made 1020 damage of an overall HP amount of 1600HP.
Another shot should have killed him, even at the front armor.

There might be only one exception: You hit the T62s Cupola. That part of the Tank was the only onewhich was kinda resistant, hitting there would be not very effective, like causing less than 400damage - but that has beend fixed now.
