Hi it looks like i was banned from us #1 on the open beta. There is no sub forum for this so i had to post it here. I was banned because I got in a helo on black gold. Some guy said in chat I stole it from him (he got out then i got in, its not stealing), then he grenaded me (i died) and i was banned from the server. Whenever i try to rejoin it says permanently banned. Please remove the ban, I did nothing wrong this is just an example of a admin which did not do any investigation before banning.

Yes that is. Vehicles can be left to safe spot to wait until squad had done their job on the current area or pilots/etc might go to heal up or whatever. Do ask before taking vehicles which has already been moved from their spawn location.

Yes you definitely stole that vehicle, the guy that grenades you should also be banned though for intentional tk regardless if he did it to get his own chopper back or not.

Personally I wouldn't think rescuing what I would consider an abandoned helo as a bannable offense. I've never seen a server that lets pilots travel into battle only to get out of the chopper and mess about doing other stuff.

And how did he get killed by them if he was in the pilot seat? Looks like we need to find a professional to figure this out.

IMO, you shouldn't get banned from the BETA unless there is a valid reason with evidence, it probably was a one day ban unless you haven't given us the whole story.

Try joining the server next time you decide to play, if you are still banned maybe somebody on Project Reality IRC can help you?

I dont know all i know was that i was killed by his granades in the cockpit.

Yeah, try joining again. The bans are usually temporary.

Hi guys, I was wondering if I could get the ban I received today on US server #1 lifted. I accidentally tk'ed a couple of times in a cobra. The first was caused by a bad laze shot by a SL on accident, and the second was totally my fault. I know tk's can be avoided but i screwed up. I would really appreciate it the ban being lifted. My user name is DrProfessor85. Sorry to whoever I tk'ed also.

If you got banned by punishes the ban is lifted after the round.
