PR_Beta Crashes when I try to join a server.

So everytime I try to join a server, the beta just crashes and I get a message saying "Cleaning BF2
R Resources". I have no idea what's causing this I've been running this fine for the past 2-days. However, I did notice today when I tried to start the beta and click support it said it couldn't find my BF2 installation.

Check your CD-Key/registry entries. Search forum for cd-key problem.

I just fixed it I think... Apparently I was running two audio devices and that messed it up. Loading into a server now.

How exactly did you fix it? I have the same problem and can't figure it out.

Another possible fix for more people: First in XP, make sure launcher and bf2.exe are not on compatibility mode, for some reason the launcher was for me. Second, right click and run the PR launcher as the current user, and uncheck the "protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity". Now I am able to load into servers without crashing after clicking join.
