Wow... I highly recommend u to upgrade the CPU to at least an i5 dual-core for ~ 100 bucks, get 4 GB RAM at least, better are 8 for today's programs, and overclock ur 9600 GT by at least 30 MHz (u also have a Palit one? :D I had that one too till 3 years ago when I finally got myself a GTX 570, and I gained at least 10% more performance on the 9600 GT in PR on almost max.settings on Full HD... :D Or directly get a GTS 450 (80 €, 90 $) or a GTX 660 ti for 150 € or even 100 bucks... ;)

But can't help other on ur mumble issue than telling u that single-core cpus r outdated for gaming... :/

Yeah, I'm sure that i5 dual-core will plug straight in in place of that P4. No need for a new mobo, memory, psu, graphics card, and maybe even hdds too...

3GB of RAM should be sufficient enough to run BF2 on low/medium settings, so there may not be any need or benefit in having more (you may even be able to disable windows virtual memory on your drives for a significant performance, assuming you never exceed 3GB usage on your system (though maybe that's already been done here given the negative Page File value shown)).

Overclocking a GPU by 30MHz wont achieve much, and can quickly introduce corruption and heat problems. Only worth doing if you know what you're doing, fancy the minor boost it can bring (a few % increase in performance at best if you're only talking 30MHz), and are happy/able to replace the hardware if it goes wrong. I suspect that very little would be achieved here doing this though as I'd suspect the CPU to be the greater weak point in that system, with the GPU underutilised.

And none of this has anything to do with the Mumble problem. :D

I know my CPU is bad, but I was able to run pr 0.98 smoothly, and upgrading my pc is not worth investing, as there is no new cpus for my socket, Im just planning to buy used dual core CPU, till I will have money for a new computer. Thanks for advices :)

So can anyone help resolve this issue, i have tried uninstalling pr and reinstalling but the issue is still as per the screenshot in the first post. The game seems to run ok but mumble may not be working but i cant be sure as no one as said anything to confirm this.

Should be fixed in 1.0.31.0, check it out when we release the update.

And yeah, the CPU is actually the issue, it's not fast enough for PRLauncher to find all the strings to hook into PRBF2's memory, so you end up seeing that :p . But yeah, did a bunch of stuff, should be fixed in the next update :)

Thanks for that Ancientman and I am only running with an AMD Athlon 64 processor 3500+ 2.2 GHz so I can understand the CPU being the Issue, time I updated this crate me thinks........

Not sure what's happening now but I get in game sometimes the PR launcher problem is there sometimes not?

Now when all seems ok my mumble suddenly stops working in game which seems to happen at random but if I Alt Tab out of the game mumble reconnects so then I Alt Tab back in.

As I have a second monitor I shifted the mumble launch on to there and what seems to be happening is I am getting "PR BF2 Lost Link" (you were suppressed) I then Alt Tab as mentioned I then get "PR BF2 Linked" (you were unsuppressed)

Is this perhaps a internet connection problem or is it something that can be fixed?
any suggestions?
