I enjoyed maps like Road to Jalalabad & blackhawk down.....

1) any chance in bringing all of the previous map packs into v1.0?

Or

2) Bringing all (current/previous) maps into Coop so we have more to choose from?
It keeps the game fresh.

3) As much as I love the night maps - old people can't see as well in the dark. I still have fun, but maybe juuuuuust abit brighter?

No, the more maps, the bigger the file size, and all of those were removed because they offer too little to PR, be it size, details or other.

Same as above, the file size would be increased for levels that aren't up to PR's needs, and for a single gamemode is really unnecessary.

This is up to the mapper, but every map except Tad Sae that has a night sky also has a day version.
