ok GFs is dying therefore...

CPU: i5-750 stock
RAM: 2x2GB + 2x4GB DDR3
GPU: GTX650Ti

is this PSU good enough and will last more than 2 years?

Yes that is sufficient.
Probably not the optimal PSU at that price point, but it is better than average and has a decent three year warranty.

Someone in Europe will have to give you other options, I don't know the local prices for PSUs .

Yeah, I am from EU and its pretty good PSU. Corsair most of the time has nice things And price for it is ok.
