Duplicate mines

Description:
You are able to carry two mines with Combat Engineer kit.
Bug works just like grenade bug with kits.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Request combat engi and start dropping a mine.
2. Change kit while animation is still playing
3. Change back to combat engi
4. Resupply from crate (do not select mine until you've gotten your second mine from the crate)
5. "Wield" mine
6. First mine drops to the ground
7. You can drop second mine
Tested On:
Beirut, Russian Forces. =Merk= teamwork server.
This way building a minefield is alot easier and faster (especially if crates are far away from minefield).
