1.0.30.0 List of misc. bugs

1. Civilian's top weapon, unarmed, or 'Wave' sometimes puts both hands up instead of just one.
2. Blue civilian semi and civilian van on black gold doesn't have a horn.
3. The 'fully healed after epipen' is still here sometimes.\
4. The mumble overlay didn't work for me in 1.0.29.0 but it did after 1.0.30.0 but a lot of people still complain of this problem ingame.
5. French forces on Operation Marlin on Insurgency don't have restrainers, they have knives or bayonets. The only way to arrest a civilian is by shotgun currently.
6. When critically wounded a lot of people complain of not knowing why they can't give up. Maybe a timer visible on the screen will help.
7. On 1.0.29.0 the game was taking up to 100% of my CPU but 1.0.30.0 fixed it perfectly and went from 15.0 fps to 40+.
8. The Auto-Join feature is fixed for 100 player servers but when trying to join a server and the server crashes or is put offline to update it breaks.
9. ARF can use the machine gun emplacements in the VCP on Ramiel.

I'll add two:
* On Burning sands insurgency, the insurgent team somehow can't select rifleman kits or any kit, at times.

* On Hill 488 skirmish mode, you cannot see the letters on the mapgrids.

Not bug. It is a feature (bayonet on Insurgency counts as arrest) source - PR1.0 manual

There are limits on how many of each kit there can be, forcing you to choose another kit.

Well, yes I know. But to my knowledge, ordinary rifleman kits have never been and should not be included among the resticted or limited kits. Indeed, the manual still list them as "spawnable unlimited".

I used the hax.... CTRL + F - keyword being 'arrest' cycled the results.

"Melee attacks

Here's another and I don't know if this applies to Co-op only but French side on Marlin Inf Co-Op could not choose alternative kits through either spawn menu or kit selection menu from crates, apcs, etc..

It'd always give you the std kit.

Also Machinegunner class for French army on Marlin uses the MiniMag and not the FN Mag.

Mapper-placed machine guns are unlocked an ALL maps now. That was on purpose because how hard is it to shoot a machine gun, really? :)

Then again, how hard is it for a fully trained soldier to drive a civilian car? :P

As hard to shoot an AK-47 or an M4, but we can't use those. :roll:

You need a key to drive the car; you do not need a key to fire the machinegun.

I'll add some more bugs:

- RPK/RPK-74/74m can't be put in semi auto, when you try to change to semi it gets back to full auto.(This happens with the HK417 too, but in this case it's only semi auto and you can't use 3 round burst.)

- AMX 56 Leclerc, you can't change the ammo type, theres only AP.

Those are the only ones that i remenber for now. o/ 8-)

I'll add some too:
  1. Mumble crashed on 11:48 on the BigD #1 Server when I selected 'Audio Wizard' just as the round ended.
  2. PR Server Crash to desktop on Co-Op server playing Kamisiyah.
  3. PR Server Crash on the BigD #1 Server playing Muttrah City (Don't know if it is a bug, or server-side issue for server section of forum)
  4. Disconnecting from Co-op from Lashkar Valley crashes to desktop.
  5. Slow Performance on Lashkar Valley.
  6. Lag Spikes on gameplay on Ramiel, noticed with choppers especially and they are heavy.
  7. French Force 'Cease Fire' command doesn't play voice, only displays 'Ceasefire'
  8. In Kashan Co-Op, Apc cannot request any kit but crewman (Haven't tried requesting all kits because I want to know how to request kits without timeout or delay).
  9. Wanda Shan Villages ground have slushy sounds where the ground is clearly not damp, and has rocks.
  10. US Army can use the ARF's scoped bolt-action ww2 rifle pickup kit on Ramiel. No messages displayed to drop it.
  11. French Grenade Smoke Launcher plays the smoke grenade opening sound when fired, which is abit odd. May actually happen in real-life, but I doubt it.

They got rid of selective fire on deployable weapons due to an issue with maglinking. They're trying to fix it for future releases through.

Being new to PR number 4 is really giving me a hard time. In every game I play I can't see the overlay. Just sometimes when a guy joins a squad and I'm already in it then I see when he's talking.

yeah, i still have that problem. it seems to be random.
