French medic ALT kit + no smoke

Description:
French alt kit is equal as normal one, it don't get the eotech like on the menu picture.
Both french medic don't have any smoke grenade, don't know if on purpose.
Steps to Reproduce:
Play as medic, and select Alt kit
Tested On:
OP marlin, local
