Hello. This is my first time dealing with an .iso file, and I have a feeling that somewhere along the way, I've royally screwed up. All I need to know is how to get this thing open, as I've even downloaded PowerIso before I realized I had a cyberlink iso opening program all along. If you need any more info, just ask. Can someone please help me?

Try this:
with the original .iso , mount it using virtualclonedrive

I have already mounted prbf2_1.029.0_full.iso multiple times in multiple ways, but every time I try to open it, whatever program I'm trying to use says its eitehr corrupted or an unsupported file type. I would try to download a new version of the iso to try again, but unfortunately I've been trying to do that since 9:00AM in the morning and for some reason the download speed is absolutely atrocious, so I've only been able to download 1.2 GB since I've woken up. I can usually get a GB an hour on steam. I've tried all three of those options. Any more suggestions?

I would personally just use the free program called 7-Zip, extract the files, and then run the autorun.exe file. Much simpler.

Windows 8 actually has a built-in virtual drive. You should be able to just double click and it will mount without any extra software. If it's not working, make sure Windows Explorer is the default program.
