what's up with them ARF arms? Why do they look so wired: thin and tiny?

It seems likely to be the reason.

Unfortunately we didn't actually MAKE those custom soldier models So.. they might not have been made with the best of artistic eyes.

The unnatural looking arms have nothing to do with the food situation in africa. :s

It's not intentional that they have such weird muscles.

The reason that people in Africa are starving, besides some other reasons, because militia groups get all the food for themselves.

From what I can see in the picture the "problem" might be that the forearm looks too thin in relationship with the rest of the arm, the width it's the same from the wrist to the elbow(IMO the width should be a little bigger while reaching the elbow) but if actually it's suppose to be like that then that will mean that the rest of the arm might be a little too muscular for the forearm

There is always some people in gym who are exercise just their biceps...

It's not a problem really (only visual) just thought I should mention it, sir!
