Welcome to PR,

Does the PRLauncher work correctly? Can you get to this screen:
Image

Can you please post your system specs,
also post which OS and if 32 or 64 bit.

Since you just bought BF2, let's make sure that works first, then we'll get PR running.
Does vanilla BF2 work correctly?
1. Start vanilla BF2.
2. Create an online profile. Write down your username and password, will need again in a minute.
3. Log in.
4. Join an online server for a few minutes
5. For convenience, you can adjust audio and video settings now.
Shutdown BF2.
Let me know if any problems with above steps.

Now, let's start over with PRlauncher.
1. Delete the entire Documents\ProjectReality directory
Start the PRLauncher
You will be prompted to import a user profile. Select to retrieve from GameSpy
Enter your username and password.
2. In PrLauncher main window above , select options
3. Select Video options, make sure this is correct for your system
4. Tick the "Windowed mode" option.
MAKE SURE YOU Click Apply button, bottom right.
5. Select Video options, make sure this is correct for your system.
MAKE SURE YOU Click Apply button, bottom right.

6. IN main PRlauncher window, Click Play.

Let me know if any problems with above steps.

The AMD Radeon HD 6320 (or perhaps also called ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6320) is an integrated graphics card in the Zacate netbook processor. It is based on the same graphics core as the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 but without any dedicated memory. Compared to the slower Radeon HD 6310, the 6320 offers the same base clock rate, but in difference features the automatic overclocking to 600MHz (Turbo Core).

The 3D performance of the HD 6320 should be only minimally faster than a 6310 and therefore only low demanding or older games should run fluently (e.g. Call of Duty 4, Sims 3, Left 4 Dead 2, Fifa 11).
PR uses significantly more RAM, virtual memory and Graphics Memory than vanilla BF2. I'm not sure your GPU can run it. I will offer up ways to optimize your software to run your hardware, but not sure it will help.. It will however help you with some other games at the least.

As for increasing your fps, we have some common solutions,
delete the shaders cache directory in your Documents\ProjectReality folder
then
1. defrag your hard drive. the PR and addons installers tend to get fragmented, which slows down read/writes and slows down fps.
2A. Download and install IOBit Gamebooster3. Speed Up Slow Computer, Keep PC and Internet Secure, Freeware Download - IObit
MajorGeeks.com has a decent video tutorial on using this program:
Using IOBit Game Booster 3 by Majorgeeks.com - YouTube

4. Determine which OS you have, and if it is 32 bit or 64 bit. Once you are 100% certain you know , follow this guide for your OS:
https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f27-pr ... b-ram.html

5. Check your Page File, if set to a sliding value, I suggest
deleting pagefile.
rebooting.
resetting pagefile manually to a single minimum/maximum.
Here is the raw information to determine your correct pagefile: How to determine the appropriate page file size for 64-bit versions of Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2
And here is a video tutorial to figure out your correct pagefile size:

then optionally:
manually setting it to a single minimum/maximum, and getting a defrag progam that will move the pagefile to the beginning of your hard drive. A free option:FAQ Special files - How do I defragment "C:\pagefile.sys" (the swapfile)?

SO.
Step 1. fixes any hard drive issues.
Step 2. shut downs unneeded background processes freeing up RAM and system resources.
Step 3. Gives the BF2 and PR and PRmumble and punkbuster programs High priority for RAM and system resources.
Step 4. Gives the BF2 and PR.exe programs the ability to use individually over 2GB of RAM when needed, and reduces the amount of RAM being reserved (wasted) by the OS.
Step 5. Create fixed size Pagefile and defragmenting it.

The big problem is you have 4GB of RAM, and your iGPU has no onboard VRAM it only shares memory with your RAM. You need to absolutely minimize the RAM and graphics RAM used by Windows, background processes, and games to have a chance to get PR to run. Even adding more RAM to your system might not help because of the notebook's locked BIOS, not allowing you to manually adjust how much iGPU memory is allocated from total RAM.

Make sure you copy/save/writedown your Battlefield 2 product key sometime today.
