Trouble Joining Servers, CTD

I'm having an issue with PR currently where i attempt to join a server, see the joining server display, and then have that same message flash on and off, with the pr logo twirling in the background and changing as well. It appears to be attempting to join, and then looping. After a while, it stops, and the game unexpectedly closes and I return to desktop.
Will provide information as needed to solve this.

You were playing during 0.98 without problem?
Please copy paste your system specs from the PRLauncher.
Post any other info you think might be of help troubleshooting.

I have not played since .973.
It crashes to desktop, and the launcher pops up again saying cleaning/clearing prbf2 resources.
Below are my sytem specs. I have tried running as administrator, to no avail.

I think this is a known bug if you are trying to join a server that has reserved slots.
i.e. if server is 98/100 and has 2 reserved slots, the bug results in your client repeatedly trying to connect because it doesn't recognize the reserved slot scripts, then finally kicks to a CTD.
Please try to connect to a empty server and see if this is still a problem, in case you have a separate bug.
