Throttles, Helicopters, and More.

Throttles are are not an effective way to fly helicopters, and requiring a throttle to use the new wheels/taxi system is not a good feature. Or more specifically, handicapping players who don't have throttles with broken taxi mechanics is not a good feature.
I have a HOTAS Warthog system, so trust me when I say even something as advanced as that is still considerably less than effective at flying helicopters. The reason for this is very specifically: the increments of rotor torque are inappropriate for PR. The very first level of negative lift for the helicopters makes landing an exceptionally tedious process (its practically a hover, or the equivalent of not pressing either "W" or "S") the second level of negative lift is the equivalent of smashing the helicopter into the ground. Normally when using the keyboard to fly, I rapidly tap the "S" key to lose altitude in a controlled fashion. However, its much less practical to rapidly move the throttle back and forth to achieve the same effect.
Essentially, what I'm saying... is that the new helicopter system is broken on both ends (and I've tried both.) Players who use throttles will be handicapped by poor control-ability, and players who use keyboards will be handicapped with a broken taxi system (aka perpetual rolling.) I really like the new wheels system, but unless we find a way to fix it so when stationary and at idle throttle you don't constantly roll forward, we very might likely have to take it out.
I originally voted to keep the system on both polls, because I figured the throttle control system would work better than this, but after playing for quite some time with the new system, I can conclude that it is overall ineffective. I really hope we can find a way to make it work (with keyboard players AND perhaps with throttles) but as it stands, the cons far outweigh the pros.
Edit:
With that said I HAVE found a system where I bind both my throttle and "W"/"S" keys to acceleration that solves the taxi problem while still allowing me to use the keyboard to fly, but thats a really awkward jerry rigged system that I don't think should be required for people to fly. (Essentially I just set my throttle to 0, and then use W and S from there, it fixes the taxi thing, maybe that info could be useful for a fix? I don't know if you can edit default acceleration values for helos)
